We envoision partnering with local schools, community organizations and corporations who value the life and future of Ottumwa's children and youth. Through giving, volunteering and by building capacity through leadership and training opportunities, we are supporting our young people during difficult times while empowering our youth to succeed.
Victory Ranch is a 501 C(3) non-profit Organization. We depend on donations and grants to sustain its programs. The Ranch is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by volunteers.
